AUTomotive Open System Architecture (AUTOSAR)Embedded Operating SystemsIntegration TestsECU-TEST
AUTOSAR Classic Platform & ECU Software Integration
Extensive hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform, including BSW/RTE-based ECU software integration across multiple OEM platforms such as Daimler Truck and Daimler EVO. Implementation and unit testing of AUTOSAR-based security modules including Secumgr, Secuservices, and Diagnostics across vehicle lines.
Embedded Systems Cybersecurity & HSM Integration
Specialized expertise in embedded systems cybersecurity, including secure communication (SecOC), HSM-based cryptographic services, and Security Software Adapter (SSA) integration. Implementation of cybersecurity features such as secure boot validation and authenticated boot on series-production ECUs, with compliance to ISO/SAE 21434.
Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) Compliance & Software Lifecycle
Proficiency in Automotive SPICE Level 1 compliant development environments, covering the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis (SWE.1) through architecture and detailed design (SWE.2/SWE.3) to implementation, unit construction, integration, and qualification testing (SWE.4-SWE.6). Supported ASPICE Level 1 compliance for Daimler EVO gasoline ECU projects.
Cybersecurity Integration & Qualification Testing
Execution of end-to-end integration and qualification test plans (SWE.5/SWE.6) for authenticated boot, SecOC, HSM key management, and secure diagnostics (UDS services) on series-production ECUs.
Container Generation Activities (PEC-C)
Performance of container generation activities (PEC-C) for series/production ECU releases, generating and validating production-ready configuration containers to ensure calibration, parameter, and security data compatibility with target ECU variants.
Series Release Testing & Documentation (SRD, SRR)
Planning and execution of series release testing (SRD, SRR) for diesel, gasoline, and high-voltage battery ECU systems, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to close open findings prior to sign-off.
Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
Application of systematic debugging and root cause analysis techniques in the context of automotive embedded software development and cybersecurity validation.
Cross-functional Collaboration with OEMs & Tier-1 Suppliers
Experience collaborating with OEMs such as Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck, as well as Tier-1 suppliers, across multiple ECU programs including gasoline, diesel, and battery systems.
Software Requirements Analysis, Architecture & Detailed Design
Analysis and documentation of cybersecurity software requirements (SWE.1) and contribution to software architecture and detailed design (SWE.2/SWE.3) for cryptographic service configuration using HSM.
