From January to August 2022, I worked as a QA Tester for the Zeecare Skincare to test their web and mobile applications. My role involved performing comprehensive manual and exploratory testing to identify and report usability, functionality, and integration issues across multiple environments. I was responsible for: Conducting Exploratory, Regression, and Integration Testing to ensure application stability. Executing Manual Testing scenarios based on user flows and business requirements. Leading Usability and User Testing sessions to evaluate customer experience and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with developers and project managers to manage test cycles and deliverables. Preparing detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps. Supporting Localization Testing to ensure multi-language compatibility. Managing testing timelines and deliverables using Agile methodology and participating in sprint planning meetings.
