Daily issue triage of JIRA ticketing system, investigating production support issues, providing root cause analysis, impact analysis, designing data corrections, temporary work arounds, commissioning of bug fixes and navigation of such fixes through the development life cycle. Test Transact API's for Transact R24 upgrade. Transact Technical Lead for Migration Project in AIB involving design solutions for ETL tool for migration, Data Mapping etc.

Implemented T24 in a new static system for Data Retention purposes and supporting the Bank on their retrieval needs. Created a new Loans product for their Business Banking product suite. Designed a new current account product after discussion with the Business team and implementing the product for customer use in 2 months time. Daily issue triage of the JIRA ticketing system.
