I am a Senior Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience leading complex software delivery programs across Digital Payments, FinTech, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence. Throughout my career, I have delivered large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments, partnering with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance and executive stakeholders across Europe, the United States, Asia and South America.

Currently, I lead Technical Program Management initiatives at Samsung R&D Institute Poland, where I am responsible for Samsung Wallet expansion across the EMEA region. I coordinate engineering teams, payment networks, issuers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, production-ready market launches. My responsibilities include program governance, roadmap planning, release management, dependency management, risk mitigation and executive reporting.

As a member of the Samsung AI Task Force, I drive Enterprise AI Transformation by introducing Generative AI into engineering and business processes. I established AI-enabled delivery practices supporting documentation, planning, reporting and knowledge management, contributing to a 65% reduction in issue resolution time for selected engineering workflows.

Previously, at Santander Bank, I managed end-to-end delivery of strategic banking initiatives, including the OneApp omnichannel platform and Wealth Management capabilities. I was responsible for SDLC governance, Agile delivery, production releases, roadmap execution and stakeholder management.

At KIR (National Clearing House), I led delivery of Poland's national PSD2 Open Banking platform serving more than 280 financial institutions. I also managed AML initiatives, hybrid Google Cloud implementations and mission-critical financial infrastructure supporting the Polish Financial Shield during the COVID-19 pandemic.

My expertise combines technical understanding with strong program leadership. I have extensive experience in Agile (Scrum, SAFe), SDLC, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, AWS, Google Cloud, enterprise architecture and software delivery at scale. I work effectively with engineering teams, architects, product managers, executives and external partners, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
