Project history
Managing Consultant for SQS, worked on transferring the testing of all EMI’s global applications to SQS’ responsibility. The applications are being developed and updated using an agile approach.
Consulted to Morrisons supermarkets on environment availability problems.
Led a team to assess Volvo Truck Corporation’s approach to requirements and testing and wrote a report and proposals to improve their approach.
Managed 4 teams each of 10 testers retesting defects for nPower. Wrote plans, starter pack, standards and reports.
Managed the testing relations between SSE and two suppliers. Reported on the level of test coverage and wrote a Requirements Traceability Matrix. Wrote new test scripts, reported on, and predicted defect levels. Prepared groundwork for a Supply Transformation Programme to implement smart metering for SSE.
Test consultant to the Royal Bank of Scotland working on an upgrade of their test approach.
