I'm a Senior Healthcare UX Designer with 8 years designing complex, data-heavy products in regulated, high-stakes environments. My focus is Healthcare AI UX: clinical decision support, real-world data platforms, and AI-augmented clinical workflows.
Recent work: as sole UX lead, I designed an MVP clinical decision support tool for GPs spanning diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and disease management. Before that I owned end-to-end design of two large-scale analytics features on NeuroBlu, a mental health real-world data platform serving several of the top-20 biotech and pharma companies. I turned complex clinical data queries into a no-code experience for non-technical researchers, contributing to a 3x increase in non-coder users.
What I do:
- UX research: 80+ user interviews, moderated usability testing, discovery research, Jobs To Be Done. I translate findings into documented, defensible design decisions.
- Interaction and interface design: end-to-end from discovery to delivery, including design systems and complex data visualisation.
- Rapid prototyping: interactive HTML demos and clickable prototypes to test and communicate concepts quickly.
- AI-augmented practice: using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery.
Industries: mental health and clinical real-world data, clinical decision support, digital health and telemedicine, insurtech (diabetes insurance flows), and enterprise SaaS. Adjacent experience in fintech, travel, and e-commerce.

My MSc in Industrial Chemistry grounds the scientific rigour I bring to evidence-driven healthcare products. It gives me a shared language with the clinical and scientific stakeholders I partner with, without claiming their domain expertise.
