Camunda 8 platform expert: built a bank's BPM platform end to end — architecture, BPMN/DMN, job workers (Java/Spring), Connectors, monitoring, CI/CD, zero-downtime 8.6→8.8 migration. 20 years of enterprise integration (Kafka, SAP ATTP, EDI). Available immediately, remote (CET), B2B contract.

Camunda 8 in production, in a live bank — built from zero and operated end to end.
I took Camunda 8 since it's first release; my latest delivered project is the full lifecycle at CKB Banka (OTP Group): platform architecture, BPMN/DMN process design with business users, monitoring and CI/CD stack, team training — and a production cluster migration 8.6→8.8 with zero downtime. Before that: six years of enterprise integration architecture (SAP ATTP, Kafka, EDI) for German and Russian clients, and BPM deliveries on Camunda 7.
▪ Full platform lifecycle: solution architecture → BPMN/DMN modelling → integration → observability → production operations → support processes
▪ Production migration 8.6 → 8.8 with zero downtime in a live banking environment — one of the earliest such migrations on Camunda 8
▪ Hands-on code: wrote Zeebe job workers (Java/Spring) for banking integrations myself, then trained team leads to build and own their workers — not a slideware architect
▪ Integration & data architecture: sync and async integration with external systems (REST, Kafka); PostgreSQL data stores beyond Elasticsearch, retention rules, interface contracts
▪ Modern Camunda 8 practice: migrated custom Java job workers to the Camunda Connectors runtime (dedicated connectors pod) — less custom code, faster process changes
▪ Observability stack from scratch: Kibana dashboards for process health, Prometheus + Grafana for cluster and pipeline metrics, alerting and incident response
▪ CI/CD for BPM: Helm charts, Argo CD, GitOps deployment of processes and platform components
▪ Team enablement & business-facing: hired and mentored developers; trained analysts, DevOps engineers, and business users to run BPM without me; translated business requirements into executable BPMN/DMN directly with department heads

Project history
Built a live B2B process automation platform for SME import operations: LLM-based supplier verification pipeline, orchestrated in n8n. Relevant here as proof of hands-on process automation delivery outside the Camunda ecosystem.
Stack: n8n, Node.js, PostgreSQL, LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek)
End-to-end BPM platform in a live banking environment: solution architecture, process design, teambuilding, production operations.
▪ Established development processes and platform standards on Camunda 8.6; migrated production cluster 8.6→8.8 with zero downtime
▪ Designed and implemented executable BPMN processes and DMN decision tables from raw business requirements
▪ Built the monitoring stack (Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines (Helm, Argo CD)
▪ Integrated the platform with banking systems (sync/async, REST, Kafka): wrote Zeebe job workers (Java/Spring) hands-on, later migrated them to the Connectors runtime; trained team leads to own their workers
▪ Designed the data architecture (PostgreSQL stores beyond Elasticsearch, retention rules, interface contracts); hired and mentored developers, trained analysts, DevOps engineers, and business users
Stack: Camunda 8 (Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, Web Modeler, Connectors), Java/Spring, Kafka, PostgreSQL,Elasticsearch/Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Helm, Argo CD, BPMN/DMN
Smart city asset management platform for Moscow's decorative lighting infrastructure — hundreds of thousands of sites, 5 departments, BPM-driven delivery on Camunda.
▪ Owned AS IS / TO BE process design in BPMN across 5 departments
▪ Managed Java and frontend teams; designed integration interfaces and data structures
▪ Replaced paper and WhatsApp workflows with a fully digitised process platform
Stack: Camunda, BPMN, Java, PostgreSQL
