A Computer Science graduate with 4 years of ServiceNow development experience including but not limited to client scripts, business rules, script includes, notifications, notification emails scripts, service portals, record producers, catalog client scripts, ACLs, workflows, flow designer, custom Angular widgets, REST APIs, dashboards and homepages. This include out of the box modules such as Incident, problem, change, requests, Governance Risk and Compliance, Vulnerability Response, SAM, CMDB and Performance Analytics etc.
