Project history
* Collaboratively implemented intuitive game interfaces and optimized game responsiveness by 2 x, ensuring a
seamless experience for elderly (6 0 < age) users.
* Implemented a cross-platform video player in the app, enabling educational content streaming on different
devices; encoded videos using FFmpeg, enhancing loading speeds by 5 5 % for videos hosted on AWS S3 .
* Revamped the authentication system, by reengineering the auth flow with AWS Cognito and integrating a
custom domain, reducing auth steps to only 2 for registration and 1 for logging in (+ 3 0 % engaging rate).
* Contributed to the Fivelives ecosystem, working across 5 projects, including an in-house Translation platform
and infrastructure deployment using Terraform on AWS CloudFormation.

* Transformed the authentication flow at SveaSolar by migrating from REST APIs to GraphQL, simplifying the flow
from 7 steps to just 2 /3 , resulting in a 2 5 % increase in user engagement.
* Reengineered legacy charts into custom SVG charts, utilizing Reanimated APIs for dynamic in/out and data
loading animations, enhancing the visual appeal and interactivity of the app.
* Collaborated with the product team to prioritize tickets and create sub-tasks, boosting developer performance
by 1 5 % for targeted epics.
* Streamlined cross-team collaboration, working closely with design and backend teams to develop essential API
sets, which enhanced communication efficiency and cut bureaucratic processes by 5 0 %.

* Directly managed a growing development team of 4 , leading to the successful launch of two major projects: a
comprehensive Real Estate CRM and an advertisement management platform.
* Designed and implemented a specific backend caching solution, enhancing property search performance by
2 5 0 % compared to normal methods.
* Developed a high-performance map view using Mapbox, capable of rendering twice as many items as competitor
platforms, significantly improving user interaction.
* Successfully launched and maintained the project, attracting up to 5 ,0 0 0 unique visitors daily within the first few
months, demonstrating effective project management and growth strategies.
