• Experience in the functional configuration of SAP HR module using ASAP methodology with emphasis on Personnel Administration [PA], Time Management [TM] (Work schedules), Organizational Management [OM], Payroll [PY], Enterprise compensation management, Travel management and HR securities & ESS EP roles redesign modules.
• Personnel Admn: Administration, PA30 Maintenance, Actions, Features.
• Time Management: Daily work schedules, Breaks.
• Payroll: Worked on Indian Payroll (Support).Knowledge on International Payroll.
• Organizational Mgmt: Organizational Plan, General Structure, Expert Mode, Simple maintenance.
• Good knowledge on ECM, ESS/MSS portal Iviews, roles & user admin.
• Enterprise compensation management configuring different types of compensation plans, review periods, eligibility, guidelines and update the infotypes after activating the compensation program.
• Travel management configuring the travel request for R/3 & portal, travel expenses, defining the travel workflows & approver process, defining the request status, bringing the POWL & personalization functionality etc.
• Integration: Knowledge on Posting of Payroll Results & travel expenses to Finance.
• BASIS: Good working knowledge on BASIS roles/back end roles creation for different activities in HR.
• Debugging skills, can debug the program to analyze the step by step results.
• Good knowledge on PMS, LSO processes and SAP portal.
• Comfortable understanding the ABAP Process.
• Legacy data upload.
