Accountabilities:
* Head Implementer of Analytics-CoE for Government of Rajasthan for DOIT, Government of Rajasthan
* Enterprise Intelligence & Analytics (EI&A) Lead for Implementation of Analytics project in
government sector for Excise/CTD/IGRS department.
* To identify the revenue leakages, Compliance and Process Optimization.
* Use of statistical techniques to propose amendment to the existing policy for example
reissuing of licenses based on the performance evolution against forecasted sales.
* Interaction with client on regular basis to map the client requirements in terms of feasible
work which includes identifying KPI, and providing client feedback to the developers to
implement those.
* Analysis various scenarios and realizing opportunities to apply analytical solution in real
world. Presenting the outcome of the analytical methodologies in simple and lucid language
which could be understand and implemented by the client easily.
Achievement:
* Helped the department in analysing present policies and use the model output in devising out the
new policies

* Accountable to lead a team of 5 resources in a project for enhancement to the campaign model of
O2 by involving Segmentation/Profiling and focusing the approach towards tapping problem of low
customer engagement.
* Managing the transition of process/data from the SQL server databases to the new E4O (internal
system) and developing the SAS data warehouse for accumulation of data on daily basis
* Responsible for eliciting business/system requirements & providing the customers with best
solutions involving evaluation & definition of scope and finalization of project requirement.
* Involved in over sight of large amount of daily telecom transactional data by developing in-house
macro programmes that validated the data different levels while handled pre-planned Analyses, BAU
Reports as well as Ad-hoc Analyses Requests
* Spearheading resource allocations and deployment of the communication channels across the various
horizons of the organization structure.
* Supporting coordination with Onsite Team via teleconferencing for preparing of the monthly deck
and presenting to the client, both presentations & project progress, when needed
* Conducting review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule/budgets, ensuring
timely completion and delivery of project to the client.
* Performing daily team administration routines as well as team development and people management
activities to improve team productivities.
