An experienced and results-orientated Project/Programme/Delivery Management Consultant and Agile Coach with extenstive experience in driving multiple IT projects simultaneously and change programmes for clients in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, higher education, Retail/FMCG, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries.
My exposure to demanding stakeholder environments has enabled me to adapt quickly and effortlessly to lead the strategic planning, design and implementation of global programmes from the ground up using both onshore and offshore resources, with budgets of up to £10m. During my career, I transformed business and digital functions, introduced automation, influenced service design and offered support to guarantee seamless integration. As an Agile Coach, I present workshops to Scrum Teams to promote Waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies that can be used to enrich processes and realise KPIs.
I have achieved impressive results for each client and managed the end-to-end delivery of high-profile Digital, ERP, CRM, Data Science/Engineering (Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Insight (ML/AI)), Automation (RPA (Robotics Process Automation), BPA (Business Process Automation), Chatbots (NLP based and Self Service) and Transformation projects. My software engineering background provides me with an excellent technical understanding, good problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.

Project history
Significantly enhanced automation capabilities by coordinating the end-to-end delivery of a PD Automation Hub that introduced 17 Automation Bots (RPA), 9 Applications (BPA), 3 Chatbots and 4 Custom Automation and Data Solutions, which saved 30+ FTEs, improved Cycle time, data accuracy and consistency and regulatory compliance.
To achieve this, I managed the end-to-end delivery process, starting from Idea evaluation, solution feasibility, and the Idea's target business value, prioritisation, and evaluated system risk factors and data classifications to understand and determine the data confidentiality level to implement the security controls and delivery approach to comply with the regulatory requirements. I designed the POC to determine the solutions' feasibility and build the new automation capabilities and strategies.
I also managed a team of 50+ personnel comprising Scrum Masters, Service Delivery Managers, Solution/Technical Architects, Business Analysts and Business SMEs to deliver the PD Automation Hub projects.
