* Responsibilities include:

* Installing and troubleshooting all Microsoft office products.

* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks ensuring smooth work.

* Handled troubleshooting tasks related to the components for Local Area

Networks, Wide Area Networks and voice systems.

* Replacing parts as required.

* Supporting new applications.
