Project: BPC Implementation (IBM Cognos TM1 Modules, SAP FI CO COPA SD MM)
Team Size: 6, Environment: SAP ECC 6.0 and Cognos TM1
Volkswagen Group Sales for its budget, planning and forecasting requirement implemented Cognos TM1
tool. The Sap system was primary source of all actual data, this data was shared with the TM1
application using middleware in .CSV and flat file.
Individual Responsibilities: Developed around 30 objects in the SAP system, from the functional
specification shared by the functional consultant, interface configuration testing and deployment.
Onsite Experience: Requirement understanding, clarification and gathering, UAT Support, bug fixing.

Project: ISAC II, Team Size: 2, Functional: FICO
ISAC II stands for Importer solution for accounting and controlling it is a FICO system developed to
meet the financial accounting needs of Volkswagen group sales. The system consists of interface with
various Sap and legacy systems.
Individual Responsibilities: Bug fixing, ALV reporting, background job scheduling with variants,
idoc debugging and reprocessing of failed idoc, storing and retrieving file from the application
server, analysing failed batch job and reprocessing.

Project: KSRM, VADO, Team Size: 28
Volkswagen Sap-SRM system is responsible for group level purchasing of all the indirect material
within the group (Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Man, Skoda) the purchasing is done for 108
countries.
VADO is a scrap selling system within the group. The system is used to sell all the scrap that is
generated during the manufacturing process of the car (Metal shavings, oil, tools).
Individual Responsibilities:
Performed 2 rollout for VCMA China and VWKL
Developed an Audi invoices archiving functionality, wendynpro component debugging, development of
smartforms and debugging, idoc debugging and reprocessing, badi implementation, database table
creation and enhance to standard database table, structures and table type creation, developments
using object-oriented programming, flat file interface setup, Transport request movement within the
system landscape, RFC report and transport tool development.
Onsite experience - Provided support to VCMA China colleagues during UAT phase of the rollout
wherein all the bugs were handled single headedly.
Supported VW AG colleagues during and after the major release all the bugs and issues were handled
post go live of the release.
