Job Responsibilities:
* Working as a Team Lead taking care of all the clients based in Singapore, Thailand, and
Malaysia.
* Handle End to End recruitment process screening,Sourcing,Interview Process,Negotiation &
Hire,Extend the offer to the candidate,Onboarding of a Candidate.
* Meeting daily Targets also motivate my team to achieve equally, I have individual targets as
well as team targets.
* Prepare Adhoc reports when ever necessary.
* Play with Excels, Word, Format Resumes etc.
