With over eight years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management, specializing in CyberArk implementation, operations, and automation, I am confident that my background aligns well with your requirements.

In my current role as a CyberArk SME at IIT Matrix ( Singapore), I have successfully led version upgrades from 12.2 to 14.2, deployed Endpoint Privilege Manager across departments, and developed custom PSM/CPM connectors to optimize privileged access operations. Previously, at Help AG (Abu Dhabi), I migrated multiple enterprise PAM solutions—including BeyondTrust and Arcon—into CyberArk, and implemented automation scripts using REST API and PowerShell to streamline operational tasks.

My experience spans global environments across Singapore, the UAE, and India, where I have managed end-to-end PAM deployments, DR setups, and integrations with platforms such as Azure AD, SailPoint, and ServiceNow. I am also a CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CCDE) with a strong understanding of authentication protocols like LDAP, SAML, and OAuth, as well as complementary security tools including RSA Authentication Manager, Qualys, and CrowdStrike.
