• Implementation of workflow process in different modules as per the customer’s request.
• Developing Reports using VBA and OTA API in Excel based on the user requirements.
• Creating business views and extracting the report as per the customers request.
• Worked on eApprove templates.
• Setting up site configurations on site admin.
• Integration of Microfocus ALM with other tools (UFT, TOSCA) etc.
• Migration of projects from One version to another version.
• Handled 3000 projects with 30,000 users from various customers.
• Server monitoring and maintenance, load management with load balancer.
• Installation of ALM on servers and Upgradation.
• Upgrade the current versions with patch implementation.
• Setting up Defect Synchronizer on servers and client.
• Co-Ordination with DataBase, LDAP and Server Team.
• Ability to write SQL queries to an extent which will be used in Microfocus ALM.
• User acceptance testing for any tools or utilities developed by third party.

• Synchronization of defects from ALM to ALM and ALM to Jira using HPE Synchronizer tool.
• Getting in touch with the vendor (Microfocus) for the issues in the tool.
• Exploring the new functionalities in the new version of Microfocus ALM and testing them on test environment.
• Preparation of Project Reports including KPI’s.
