* Handling Incidents related to SAP HANA development systems within SLA.
* Managing Service request and Problem Tickets to find out the root cause of recurring incident and
providing the solution.
* Developed Information Model Mapping of ECN to MCN to enable traceability of relationship between
Manufacturing Change Number items back to the related Engineering Change Number record and
vice-a-versa /PLMI/GSS_I2B_CN
* The SOE report column 'Scheduled Flag' is currently only working for partial scenarios for a
sales order. System should first look in the SAP Sales Order no.1 then VELO no.2 no.3 no.4 if
required.

Client has legacy system which stores sales data into ECC system also in Oracle database. Need to
migrate this data into SAP HANA and on top of this data client needed reports which will ensure all
fine details are captured for each of the distributor and reseller. Through SLT all data from ECC
system is migrated to the SAP HANA and for Non SAP we used SDA (Smart Data Access) as not much data
was needed to from it. On top of this data, created information views which were processing data
distributor, reseller, and ROC& currency level and make it available for the reporting tool by
pushing it to the target schema.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Analyze the source system and make plan for migration and then through SLT all data from ECC
system is migrated to the SAP HANA and for Non SAP we used SDA (Smart Data Access) as not much
data was needed to from it. On top of this data, created information views (Attribute, Analytical
& Calculation) which was processing data for distributor, reseller, and ROC & currency level and
make it available for the reporting tool by pushing it to the target schema.
* Apart from development support for the bug fixing, UAT and Production support.
* SAP HANA business requirements for technical and functional rollout for SAP and non-SAP source
systems to include in the reporting tools.
* Worked closely with Business Analyst in understanding the analytics requirements and generated
reports as per the user requirements.
