I hold a bachelor and a master’s degree in computer science. I’ve started with iOS development during my master’s degree over 5 years ago. Apart from some web development projects I focused mainly on the iOS platform, thus I have gained deep knowledge in Objective-C/Swift.
In my current position, which I’ve been working in since March 2017, I’m responsible for the development of the company’s iOS Apps. I’m familiar with the whole development process, from planning features, discussing possible solutions with backend developers, helping with UI/UX decisions to developing features and bug fixing. My daily work comprises the usage of iOS libraries and frameworks like Core Data, UIKit and Foundation for integrating the company’s RESTful APIs.
I'm always focused
I’m always focused to write as flexible and maintainable code as possible, writing UnitTests is part of my daily work as well. I also gained deep insights in ‘git’ for distributed revision control next to JIRA, which my team is using for bug tracking.
Due to the fact that I want to work on a good codebase, I’m always focused on implementing clean, expendable and maintainable code. My key skills include communication and team capability and I work conscientiously and independently.
As I’m passionate about innovative technologies and devices, I am enthusiastic to learn new approaches and solutions in developing efficient and valuable software.
I’ve also developed 6 Apps as side projects in my free-time. Therefore I’ve gained even more insights and experience in Objective-C/Swift and the whole App producing process.
