My experience includes designing large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, microservices architectures and integration solutions.
As Founder of CodeAIForge, I develop software architecture solutions, AI-assisted developer tooling and web products. I created the AI-Ready Nx Workspace framework, designed to make large Nx monorepos governable by AI coding agents, and developed StoryCraft, a B2B SaaS product for generating INVEST-compliant user stories.
As a Microservices Architect and Technology Consultant on an IBM-led cloud-native payments programme for the National Bank of Greece, I designed the microservices layer and project structure, established architecture standards, developed reusable Spring Boot platform components, and worked on transaction execution, resilience, observability and legacy-mainframe integration.
Previously, at Netcompany-Intrasoft, I worked as Resource Manager and Lead Software Engineer on major European Commission/DG TAXUD programmes, including the redesign of a monolithic customs application into a microservices architecture.

Project history
Founded a company delivering software architecture, AI-assisted developer tooling, and web solutions to clients. Set technical direction and architecture across products, and authored open-source frameworks that codify AI-assisted engineering practice. Key projects include AI-Ready Nx Workspace (open source), StoryCraft B2B SaaS, and a WordPress Agency offering.
Designed the full microservices layer and project structure of a cloud-native payments platform for the National Bank of Greece within an IBM-led programme. Structured the estate on an Nx monorepo with hexagonal ports and adapters design and contract-first OpenAPI 3. Designed the transaction-execution engine with exactly-once guarantees covering IRIS instant payments, standing orders, escrow, and capital-controls. Established platform-engineering standards through 8 reusable Spring Boot starters and introduced AI-assisted engineering governance via the AI-Ready Nx Workspace framework.
Directed engineering delivery for EUIPO and DG TAXUD programmes across multiple contracts, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. Drove architecture decisions, mentored engineers, and shaped hiring. Led redesign of a monolithic customs-message-specification application into a microservices solution using Spring Boot and Angular. Architected a performance-testing tool collecting statistical measurements from Linux, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle databases.
