Project history
Built and deployed a full-stack ERP/CRM platform covering customers, follow-ups, products, inventory, stock movements, and sales challans with REST APIs and role-based access. Implemented atomic challan confirmation in PostgreSQL. Deployed the React frontend on Vercel and the Node.js/Express backend with PostgreSQL on Render.
Engineered last-mile routing on a 59,539-node / 159,598-edge directed OpenStreetMap graph, implementing A*, Bidirectional A*, Dijkstra, BallTree snapping, distance matrices, ETA, and road-cost computation. Built Greedy VRP, 2-Opt, LNS, and Hungarian dispatch assignment using road-network cost matrices. Implemented bounded concurrency, request timeouts, readiness/liveness checks, lifecycle controls, Redis resilience, and Prometheus metrics; backend deployed on Render.
Built an end-to-end backend pipeline spanning packet capture, flow construction, feature extraction, model inference, contextual severity fusion, event persistence, and alert delivery. Designed a 45-feature schema across 14 classes achieving approximately 99.9% test accuracy and 0.91 macro-F1 in validation.
