We are BBSJ, a Korean engineering team focused on EtherCAT and hard real-time Linux for industrial machines. Recent delivered work for a semiconductor-equipment client:
- PREEMPT_RT kernel porting on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin - max latency 5-6 us, measured with cyclictest under 1-hour full CPU/IO load (vendor-published references for comparable setups: 7-15 us)
- IgH EtherCAT Master with native Ethernet driver (cross-built), stable 1 kHz / 10 kHz cyclic operation with zero-loss data acquisition
- CiA402 drive control SDK in C/C++ - CSV / CST / CSP / HM modes, validated against multi-node networks; automatic ESI scanning tool; cable-break recovery within seconds
- A/B partition auto-recovery boot scheme on NVMe for field robustness
- EtherCAT slave firmware and industrial protocol converter development
Other platforms we work on daily: Xilinx Zynq/RFSoC (PetaLinux, FSBL/U-Boot, Device Tree, kernel drivers), STM32 firmware, and vision inspection software for semiconductor wafer alignment.
How we work remotely: we ship a pre-configured remote-diagnostics kit (IP-KVM + managed power switching) that plugs into your target machine, giving us BIOS-level access without any software installed on your side. This lets us commission, debug and validate real hardware across time zones - you keep the hardware, we do the work as if we were on site.
Communication: English (written - email, chat, tickets, documented reports). Deliverables always include reproducible build scripts and validation reports.
