* Involved in workshops organized for "re-design to cost" projects for potentially solutions identi¦cation;
* Perform time plan, efforts and bene¦ts, risks analysis estimations for investigation phase of re-design
* projects;
* Prepare the business case documentation for organization and customer decision - Business Decision;
* Team members de¦nition for re-design of the product activities including all the disciplines (HW, SW, SYS) resource allocation;
* Monitor and control the timeline and status, budget, essential activities, team members, risks management
* and purpose achievement;
* Provide support to plant location in preparation of SOP (material ordering, sample build, PPAP);
* Prepare needed documentation for customer approval;
* Plant introduction support;
* Project closing: results measurement and management report;
* Share solutions ¦ndings in Business Unit through Lessons Learned.

* Leading and managing Production Process Engineering Team in alignment with company and department objectives;
* Ensure development through well-de¦ned plans and methods and motivation of the team members;
* Being the leader of a team within functional area (tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of team members);
* Responsible for yearly budget for lines maintenance;
* Responsible for improvement projects of the production lines, based on department goals;
