Position - Senior Consultant Supply Chain Management (m/w)
Over years I have developed my skills in area of demand planning, supply network planning and production planning and detail scheduling. Having sound knowledge across sub modules within APO makes my experience more relevant for current opportunity at Bayer.
I am working as a Sr. APO Consultant for Capgemini Ltd for last 3.7 years and with total APO Exp. of 6.9 yrs. and happy to mention some of my achievements in this role:
1. Currently working as onsite APO/SCM - SPOC for Bayer crop science and involved APO transition - know how transfer, new projects/go live transitions, ticket handling and complaint handling.
2. Worked for APO support for client Philips lighting solutions and minimized over all response time and solution time with 40 % increase in Net promoter score for customer satisfaction.
3. Helping Capgemini India in setting up a stronger global practice of SCM.
4. Worked on multiple implementations, upgrades and support assignments in APO area with global clients in Chemical, FMCG, High tech industry .
5. Received Best performance award in 2012 and Key contributor award in 2013.
I’m well versed in:
1. Providing APO solutions and responsible for coordinating and executing them.
2. Integrating business requirements and mapping APO solutions.
3. Evaluating customer’s requirements, implementing changes and testing in order to fulfill organization needs.
4. Documenting test cases, managing changes and addressing costs to organization.
5. Providing training to users, preparing training materials and guidelines, assisting users and supporting technical staffs on the implementation of SAP.
