Description: IDM is a SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation where different user types (Employee,
Contractor, Outlier, and Supplier) are managed from a central location. This system is the
centralized location to carry all the users' access information as to what accounts they hold and on
which systems (endpoints). Employees and Contractors are onboarded onto JPIDM via Service Now and
SAP respectively. This system supports user-boarding followed by their complete lifecycle like
termination, conversion, updates, enable/disable, etc. This system also supports self-service as
well as maintenance of users via the helpdesk roles.
Roles &Responsibilities:
* Involved in creating workflows and rules for achieving LCM events and provisioning.
* Responsible for the design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
* Worked on tasks like approval workflows, customizing onboarding workflows, and Job change
workflows.
* Implemented user provisioning from Sail Point and aggregating users into Sail Point from
connectors like Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, and Delimited type applications.
* Implemented new screens using JSF and Java Beans according to the client's requirements.
* Involved in customizing Email Templates and configuring them.
* Creating task schedules, rules, and workflows.
* Developed various custom rules with bean shell and tasks loaded into SailPoint IIQ.
* Added new quick links to the dashboard page according to the business requirement.
* Designed and developed rules like Build Map, PreIterate, PostIterate, Correlation,
Customization, Exclusion, Identity Creation, Policy Violation, exclusion, escalation, etc.
EMPLOYMENT

Environment: Sail Point 7.1, Tomcat, MySQL DB, Microsoft Active Directory Server, Eclipse,
Beanshell, JSF, Java, and SVN.
Description: In SailPoint, the Aggregation process is the sequential loading of data from target
systems and this process takes a lot of time to load the data. Developed Connector Redesign tool,
which will split the data using multiple aggregation and refresh tasks, so that the loading time
will be reduced with maximum resource utilization along with performance increase. In addition to
this, the resume from failure feature is added in case of failure. For Reporting, created a new
report instance using the default Data Export task. For both initial and incremental loading, the
general process follows the sequential process. Developed custom Data export task, which will
customize the data export task by adding extra columns and splitting the data using multiple export
tasks, so that the exporting time will be reduced with maximum resource utilization along with
performance increase.

* Built Joiner, Mover, and Leaver Workflows to maintain user accounts.
* Developed custom workflows with approvals and modified OOTB workflows as per client
requirements.

* Worked on Access re-certification, and auto & manual remediation for applications managed from
SailPoint.
* Performed user provisioning and reconciliation from Flat File, DB, and AD.
* Provided use cases businesses processes for support groups on role, entitlement, provisioning,
and de-provisioning.
* Established standards, designs, and implementation of appropriate identity and access
management processes and controls which help improve operations and lower risk.
* Performed data analytics to ensure data is accurate prior to staging and activating
certifications.
