The client, a leader in the security market, was dealing with low turnover mes
and the necessity of tesng manually all of the components included in their
part of the product. As a result, customer sasfacon was low and fixes were
rushed.
* Improved turnover me from 1 week to 1 hour by moving from manual
tesng to a framework for the tesng and creang tests that would require
next to no input from the tester.
* Boosted tesng precision by 80% by generang custom-tailored tests for
each aspect of the product through the use of the logs and resources
available in the environment.
* Coordinated and organized QA team during periods of intense tesng.
* Created scripts to boost performance on both dev and QA side.
* Developed test plans for both manual and automated tesng methodologies.
* Built scripts to boost performance on both dev and QA side.
* Mentored every new team member.

The client needed more developers to fix bugs in a legacy system divided into
several tens of smaller components. Bugs were generally quite small, as a result,
mulple fixes were launched at the same me when the same component had
several bugs associated with it.
*Eliminated 60% of the major bugs affecng the code by pracsing clean
coding procedures, filtering out the minor or irrelevant bugs hence focusing
on the bigger tasks at hand.
* Reworked and improved regular expression paerns.
* Triaged defects based on severity.
* Researched events and warnings to determine and categorise severity.
