Infrastructure Project & Programme Manager (PMP, PSM I), 15+ years in network, data-centre and cloud transitions, migrations and rollouts. Directed a ~€5M carrier transition across 170+ sites in 80+ countries and a 5-into-2 data centre consolidation to decommissioning. Currently at OpenVPN.

End-to-end delivery ownership across scope, schedule, budget and quality: RAID logs, SteerCo and executive reporting, go/no-go governance, change control. PMP certified. Currently leading cross-functional SaaS delivery programs at OpenVPN across the full SDLC.

Directed a ~5M EUR global ICT provider transition across 170+ sites in 80+ countries (legacy MPLS to SD-WAN): vendor onboarding and exit, SLA negotiation, hypercare stabilization, service acceptance, operational readiness.

Network & Cyber Security
