Project Manager | Business/System Analyst with 5 years of double-quick career

Greetings
I am an experienced full-stack Analyst and Project Manager/Product Owner. My full-time IT career started in 2023 and in 2025 I am running very big IT projects on main job and on freelance.

Top 1 case:
Currently I am running CRM, corp.portal and e-archive implementation to a leading Fintech company in Kazakhstan, with restricted resources and options, with two outsource companies - scanning company and CRM tech support company. In 2 years, I have lead a tender to change CRM outsource due to low quality results and completed improvements with a new one. With scanning company, we've created an e-archive of 50,000 documents.

I am a Project Manager, Project Owner and Analyst in these projects, also working with Law (contract management), partnership management, logistics coordination and acceptance in IT and quality measures.

Also, as PM/CEO's partner, in 3 months I had launched an AI Fitness App development project (from scratch). I worked with:
