I’m a strategy and innovation consultant, venture builder and commercial lead who takes ownership from strategic direction to market execution. Over nearly a decade in Europe and the US, I’ve advised C-level teams, led multidisciplinary projects, built ventures and won enterprise business.

I led 20+ strategy and innovation engagements across 10 industries, working with C-level sponsors and clients including Q8, De Lijn, D’Ieteren, G4S, Roche, Pfizer, Baloise, Barco and ABB.
In New York, I won 15+ global enterprise accounts for EyeSee, including Fortune 500 companies, and expanded into technology and gaming. For Wien Energie’s venture CoAgree, I led Benelux market-entry validation, positioning, pricing and pilot acquisition, translating market evidence into commercial recommendations.
I co-founded HeatAway, an ESA-incubated hardware venture that secured €100K in funding, and Wireflies, an organisational network analysis start-up. I also conducted organisational network research at Microsoft and lectured on innovation at Vlerick Business School. Prince Albert Fund Laureate, 2024.
