operations and MAF Holding in Dubai. MAF Lifestyle and Retail are the two key entities that do
operations in Retail stores, Mall stores, Airport stores and Movie entertainment theatres in Dubai, Qatar,
Abu Dhabi, etc. MAF Tech works with the other entities to provide shared services platform across the
enterprise. MAF Tech also operates IT operations and IT application services of BU. Also supports for
any integration projects done in partnership with BU. IBM India private limited supports the MAF AMS
activities with MAF Tech team operation from both India and UAE. IBM provides support for the day-today
client Incident tickets, Service requests tickets and Change enhancements in the applications. IBM
team also helps the customer in the improvements of the business process and reducing the support
incidents with pro-active resolutions ideas and enhancements in the system.
