Role/ Responsibilities:

* Provide Tier 3 technical support, and perform root cause analysis for outages and issues.
* Manage and administer Open Text Content servers and user security administration.
* Administer daily operations of Open Text system (development, test, quality assurance and
production instances), including daily batch processes and monitoring of system errors and
storage space.
* Install and configure Open Text Modules for production using our clients internal Project
Methodology.
* Works with other team members to evaluate options for meeting user needs and implementing new
capabilities.
* Work with Database Administrator to ensure access and security necessary for database
administration is available.
* Implement Open Text version and maintenance releases when available.
* Creating and updating Client specific Reports like weekly ticket status report, Monthly
Application Usage Report.
* Create technical documentation, standards and procedures with regard to system administration,
including documentation on installation, system configuration, modifications, processes and
procedures.
* Worked closely with vendor Open Text and completed build / unit testing and test support for the
above project.
* Worked with Adlib product support team to resolve configuration related issues.
* Hands-on on Open Text Remote cache and Tempo box.
* Worked on workflow development, forms and Templates and also used advanced development workflow
steps.
* Administrating the Permissions, Users and Groups
* Work with the Design Team to identify and bridge any gaps in understanding and maintaining
