- Experience of 17+ Years in VLSI Design Industry – Analog, custom digital and RF layout design specialized in SERDES layouts such as Memory Interface Data Buffer, C2C(chip to chip), PCIe Gen4, CIO (USB4), USB3, UFS, RFANT, MIPI (DPHY, CPHY). Expert in IP level layout deliverables to SOC such as LEF, DEF, RDL routing, Fill, IP Quality analysis. Experience in 4nm, 5nm, 7nm, 8nm, 10nm (SEC), 4ff, 5ff, 7ff, 10ff,12ff, 14ff (TSMC), 16ff, 20nm, 22nm, 28nm, 40nm and above processes including sign-off checks like Yield analysis, DFM, litho checks, Pattern matching to assure the same.
- Sound knowledge of installing, setting up, and executing on EDA tools such as Virtuoso Layout Editor, Calibre, Pegasus, Innovus, Totem, Redhawk, Assura, ParagonX, SF pillar, Voltus-Fi, Xilinx, PADS, Hyperlynx, Quartus with an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications. Dynamic in teamwork, taking up initiatives, and guiding teams & managing workforce to optimize daily output.
- Contributing to the SOC’s Power, Performance, Area (PPA) to deliver best in the industry Processors.
Interacting with different teams such as Design, Char, PD, SOC, PDN, Package in different stages of the project to ensure industry’s best IP quality.
- Developer level Programming skills on Skill, python, Mentor graphics Calibre SVRF nmDRC, nmLVS, OPCBIAS, DesignRev, basic commands of Totem.
