I was responsible for maintaining Bank's card application system, ATM switch and AS/400 system
administration (Power 7) including in house application developments.

I was responsible in smooth functioning of core insurance application. Engineered and designed new
interfaces and modules on core application.

Worked as the Head of local AS400 developments projects and has successfully completed following
key projects.

a) System Interfacing and backend developments for SANASA bank SMS
application. Involved with ICBS/400 core banking system interface and
switch developments.

b) System Interfacing and backend developments for MBSL data
synchronization module between ATM and INBANK core banking system.
Involved with Sovereign/400 switch integration with core banking system.

Worked as the Project Leader and Product Head of Instant Cash which enables sending of remittances
from one location to another globally. I was responsible for total maintenance of IC product
from design to implementation.

I worked as IT Consultant for the Standard Chartered and Grindlays integration project, which spanned
across MESA (Middle East and South Asia) region. My duties and responsibilities were as follows,

a) Development of a data extraction module from other banking system to BBS
main Banking application which was used in Standard Chartered and Grindlays
integration for MESA region.
b) Coordination and support of the Integration process in UAE, Pakistan,
Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
c) Enhancement of existing Bank accounting system (BBS) by obtaining
requirements from overseas.
d) Analyzing of the requirements and designing of system change.
e) Coordinating of developments with Sri Lanka and Dubai.

In the above capacity I was involved in the following projects.

a) Analyzing and Systems Study of PROTEX/400, a total AS/400 based solution
for Garment Industry in Sri Lanka.

b) Involved in Design, Development and Implementation of Job Costing System,
which runs on AS/400 platform for Delmege Forsyth and Company Ltd. and its
subsidiaries in Sri Lanka. This system is interfaced with well known ERP,
BPCS (Business Planning and Control System).

- Y2K modification for existing software

b) Involved in number of foreign projects using JBA System/21 standard
application and its branches.
