* Responsible for MLF Palo Alto Firewall Operation including Firewalling, VPN, URL Filtering,
Content Filtering, Wildfire and IoT Network etc.
* Responsible for McAfee Endpoint Security Solution Operation and Incident Management for
approx 7K clients, including Disk Encryption, DLP, Device Control and Web Filtering.
* Responsible for managing Illumio Micro-Segmentation SaaS based solution to protect the
East-West traffic by doing Label based application ring fencing.
* Responsible for VMware AirWatch MDM solution for Corporate and BYOD devices.
* Take care of AlienVault OSSIM SIEM solution.
* Take care of F5 LTM operation.
* Responsible for Cisco ISE Identity Management Solution.
* Responsible for Azure AD and Office 365 Security, VAPT, Remediation and Incident Management.
* Responsible for Common Compliance Criteria (C3) and ISO27001 internal and external audit.
* Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedure manuals, SOP's, and help sheets for
network installations, including specific vendor based application.

* Analyzes enterprise business drivers to determine and develop a high level network strategy

* Analyzes current Network and Telecommunication technologies to understand potential
improvements in performance, capacity, flexibility and scalability of the entire
infrastructure portfolio.
* Overall accountable for design, implementation, management and support of Network and
Telecommunication based infrastructure on 24x7 practices.
* Maintains productive partnerships with external providers demonstrating effective
negotiating skills.
* Maintains technical proficiency in infrastructure (Network and Telecommunication), security,
monitoring and service reporting.
* Managing the infrastructure of Network and Telecommunication.
* Planning Network provisioning, Security, Backup/Restore, Patching, Monitoring and Audit
related tasks.
* Using monitoring tools to find problems resolve and/or escalate to relevant team and ensure
that SLAs are met.
* Ensures support teams have adequate knowledge to meet service delivery defined SLAs. Mentors
support team on adherence to design and architecture principles and guidelines, providing
documentation and trainings.
* Provides 3rd level support and consulting when required assuring delivery of resolution to
critical issues, escalations, technical systems operations, and problem resolutions.
* Responsible for understanding and reviewing new technologies and integrating these
technologies into a strategic roadmap that is closely aligned with business requirements and
improved capabilities.
* Responsible for VAPT and ISO Audit.
