Role: SAP Project functional Lead/Architect
* Involved in Honeywell ACS SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 project implementation for Life safety business
headquartered at Switzerland. This implementation involves four sites 2 in UK, 01 in Italy and
Romania with principle company Switzerland under "Swissco" business model. As a project
functional lead consultant, the role was to engage with business stake holders, understand
business requirements, designing solution to meet business requirements, solution walk through,
involved in project planning & ensure meet project toll gate deliverables, managing/guiding
team members working alongside on this large complex project to ensure business process
requirement vs. template fitment, ratifying and approving any template changes to assess
impacts. Hands on system (SAP R/3 ECC 6.0) configuration and build to localization including
critical developments in Logistics Execution area such as SAP Warehouse Management System,
Handling unit management, RF mobile data integration, Shipping and Transportation/ foreign
trade and integration with 3rd party carrier systems.
* As overall SAP senior lead in logistics, the responsibility included providing solution
design reviews, providing expertise in SAP LE-SHP and SAP WM, review and approve Global design
model changes for multiple parallel deployments in North America region. Review and approve
configuration and developments, representing change and release management approving transports
for release changes, approving design documentation in Solution Manager. Mentoring and high
level supporting to other team members across multiple deployments. Closely working with
project manager to work on project plan / Mile stones.

SAP Senior Consultant / Functional lead Logistics in Honeywell ACS SAP implementation SAP R/3
version ECC6.0 for Honeywell business units HSDC, HLS and ED&S in Albstadt, Neuss and Overath -
Germany. Involved in several project mile stone activities for end to end project
implementation such as Requirements gathering, Process Mapping, Solution designing that
includes system configuration, functional specifications for developments, Solution validation
/ Sign off, Project toll gate monitoring, integrated testing and training, enhancements and
technical trouble shootings, post go-live enhancements / support etc.
Key contributions in establishing and designing of SAP LE-SHP & SAP warehouse management system
for distribution centre which includes configuration of SAP WMS, RF-mobile data configuration,
HU management, prototype and build of the solution, test and training thru' to deploying the
solution and post go-live support. Build and Design of the shipping solution with integration
to Freight forwarder / Carrier systems thru' black box interface approach in partnership with
3PL software service provider that supports carrier integration. Interface / Integration with
3PL warehouses to SAP R/3 systems.

SAP Senior Consultant involved in the implementation of SAP R/3 version ECC 6.0 for Honeywell
ACS, SBU - Honeywell Life safety in Leicester and Burgess hill, United Kingdom. Involved in end
to end system implementation activities such as requirements gathering, process designing,
Legacy system analysis, Process mapping and SAP system configuration, technical developments to
deliver full scale implementation of SAP warehouse management module and Logistics execution
module, coordinating/participating in Integration testing and training.

Danisco is one of the leading organizations in Europe engaged in manufacturing and supplies of
food ingredients and sweeteners across Europe and Americas with head office based out of
Denmark. They went into SAP 4.6 C roll outs to their various sites in Europe which included the
sites in Denmark, France and America with their plan to support all the previous implemented
sites and the current rolled out sites from Aarhus Denmark. Currently I am supporting their
system as SAP Business consultant in the area Purchase to Pay (MM and LE) from Aarhus Denmark.
Contributions made:
* Providing production support to various SAP implemented sites across Europe and Americas
for Danisco A/S.
* Analysis and trouble shootings on the issues related to MM and Logistics execution.
* Data conversions and master data changes /uploads from legacy using LSMW in SAP.
* Configuring Material types and screen sequences, Field selections, product hierarchy,

Intel Inc, Malaysia Warehouse - Implementation on SAP Decentralized Warehouse Management
systems
Intel the Leading Chip and Micro processor Manufacturer in the world had gone for SAP
Decentralized Warehouse Management (DWM) for all of their Distribution centers of finished
goods (System and Boards) across US and Asia Pacific. They replaced WRX legacy system with DWM
along with Handling Unit management. As part of their DWM proliferation they deployed
Decentralized warehouse management systems and went live in June 2004 for a Distribution Center
in Malaysia with SAP's 4.7 Release which incorporated New Task Resource Management (TRM)
functionality.

Contributions made:
* Preparation of Business processes As Is documents, To-Be documents and mapping them into
SAP.
* Business Blue print preparation, Business scenario mapping in the sandbox system.
* Enterprises structure definitions and assignment for the warehouses.
* Configurations in LE Shipping and transportation ,shipment costing ,Handling Unit

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is a leading automobile manufacturer in India. They are into the
manufacturing of Tractors, Jeeps and Utility vehicles having their Major manufacturing
operations in Mumbai, Nasik, Nagpur and Zaheerabad. They implemented SAP into their business in
1998 and had subsequent roll outs. This requirement was a rollout to the plant based in Nagpur.

Contributions made:

* Participated in consulting sessions to define To Be business process
* Mapping the functional requirement with R/3 processes.
* Configurations in setting up Vendor masters, Material masters and enterprise structure
* Configuration for set up procedure for release in purchasing.
* Worked on post implementation production support in MM and QM modules.

Sourcing / Procurement:
* Executed a role of senior engineer responsible for materials planning and buying of
proprietary and manufactured items required for tractor hydraulics. Job role involved
working on MRP schedules, subcontracting activities for semi-finish components, vendor
development and technical guidance to establish manufacturing process and enhancing
capabilities. Vendor upgradation, process improvement activities and implementing quality
systems at vendor place. A complete & thorough knowledge on procurement cycle and the
commercial procedures (tax structures, logistics, pricing & negotiations).
* Executed a role of module lead to take care of supply module activities. Job role
involved leading the team responsible for procurement of tractor components, Inventory
controlling and monitoring, carrying out physical inventory processes and meeting
statutory inventory audit requirements including bonded warehouse requirements. A lead
auditor for ISO & QS 9000 systems and requirements. Coordinating 3PL logistics and
subcontracting processes.
Quality Management:
* Coordinating with Quality assurance in approving the vendor process, conducting PPAP
studies and scope for improvisations. Approving process capabilities to ensure desired
quality standards. Support in awarding self certifications to the vendors and conducting
periodic surveillance audits at vendors place. Worked on layout inspection of components
and statistical process/quality control methods. Knowledge on tools such as Design of
experiments; Pfmea (failure mode effect analysis) to control the manufacturing processes.
A key person in establishing the quality standards & customization in QM module during
SAP R/3 implementation.
Production and Sales planning:
* Executed a role of production planner as a planning engineer responsible for planning
production processes, scheduling and routing for the in house manufacturing products,
planning the sales and delivery of finish goods and spare parts to internal divisions
across India, executing the shipments and deliveries.
Exposure to ISO 9000 / QS 9000 quality systems and auditing processes. Experience in
