Project history
Leading a dev team to build, implement and run several supply chain SaaS products for distributors and retailers, including WMS (receiving, put-away, slotting, picking and shipping integrated with ERP), Forecast & Replenishment (SKU-store level sales forecasting, automated goods ordering, promotions and seasonality planning), and inventory management tools. Clients include FMCG, CPG, medical supplies, and electrical supplies sectors.
Providing consulting services in Latvia and the Baltic region covering network design & planning, distribution centre layout and process setup, WMS advisory, SAP logistics process design and rollout (MM, WM/EWM, outbound), forecasting and replenishment, KPI framework design, and go-live leadership including training, cutover, and post-launch stabilisation.
Owned IT strategy and operations across the three Baltic countries and drove product development. Contributed to DC expansion and automation project in RIMI Baltic. SC Lead in SAP rollout for HAVI Global. Based in Riga, 20+ employees.
