JOB Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects of production operations to
meet daily production target and to ensure conformance to quality standards by following PRPs and
OPRPs.
* Worked with QC team during external audit. Hands on experience in product traceability,
material balance and mass balance .
* Active member in internal audit team to conduct food safety audit including Traceability.
* Responsible for conducting audit on health and safety in production department along with proper
record keeping of number of near misses, incident reports and Behavior observation to meet the
estimated target of yearly KPI.

* Responsible for conducting trial runs on chocolate coating thickness testing with different choco pest
and oil ratio, checking of stabilizer and emulsifier effectiveness on ice creams etc.
