* Supervising training budgets in collaboration with management.

to fraud control by ensuring 100% compliance to internal & external SOPs, standards & regulatory
requirements.
* Filing disputes with networks (MasterCard, VISA, etc).
* Reporting fraudulent activities to networks (MasterCard, VISA, etc).
* Processing chargebacks, provisional credits & final settlements.
* Monitoring, analyzing, and investigating payment card transactions & account activity for potential
fraud.
