Integration of AI-driven approaches using tools such as Claude, GPT and Gemini to support test design, intelligent reporting and automation efficiency improvements.

System & Software Verification
Design, development and execution of system test cases based on customer and system requirements. Verification and validation activities including requirements traceability and test coverage throughout the development lifecycle.

Defect & Root Cause Analysis
Analysis of test results, identification of defects and collaboration with development teams to support root cause analysis and issue resolution. Detailed fault investigations and structured reporting for software and system-level defects.

Process Optimization
Driving quality governance through metrics, auto reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives. Contribution to problem-solving workshops and quality improvement programs.
