Monthly budget simulation and consolidation: developed calculations and conditional rules to reallocate funds between budget allocations when applicable, including negative-balance situations.

More than 20 years at Atos Spain working on human resources projects across multiple technologies, combining programming, functional analysis, application maintenance and process automation.
