Scrum Master, RTE, Project Manager, Agile Coach

Produce high level technical designs, work with project/ delivery and lifecycle
management to ensure successful implementation of tailored and emerging
solution deals. Support the global account team in the end-to-end design
process, and lead the design activities. Responsible from assignment of
opportunity through to handover of the solution to the delivery unit.
Key accountabilities include the following:
* Complete scope of VGE customer offerings, business case and cost
calculations, solution design, technical and business consultancy.
* Manage a portfolio of opportunities of up to Ł30-100m in value, in a
geographic scope from regional to global, managing 3-5 concurrent designs/
bids.
* Maintain Focus on delivering successful solution proposals in an account.
* Gather detailed functional requirements and specifications from the customer
and communicates them to the internal teams.
* Deliver customer presentations and manage the client's expectations.
* Ensure that the design meets the customersˇ¦ standards, policies and
requirements.
* Manage the design team as matrix manager; works with bid management,
the service teams and the delivery unit.
* Create ˇrepeatableˇ solutions proposition frameworks and to standardize and
document solutions.

Responsible of managing internal and external projects using the Prince2
methodology.
