RAN Engineer

I am Radio Network Optimization Engineer with 4-year multi-vendor experience, with good communication skills and multicultural environment working experience. My experience includes projects in the international environment including rollout optimisation, physical and radio parameter changes, neighbour configuration, software upgrades troubleshooting, tracing, RAN sharing project maintenance, daily maintenance and fault management with Nokia and Huawei RAN network, SwissQual drive test traces analysis.

My major experience with 3G Nokia RAN optimisation, however I have also fundamentals of LTE. I am familiar with Nokia Tools such as NPM, NetAct (ver 7 to 15), Optimizer, Emil, HIT, BTS Manager.

After just 3 months of experience with NSN I became main responsible party for trouble tickets and fault management of 3G rollout project, so I hope it proves me to fast learner and independent in problem solving.
I used to work in multicultural environment, both from my working and university experience.

One of my personal achievements i find managing myself into finisinh one of the best polish technical universities, geting real hands-on experience in my field and finding time for my passion - sailing. Even though I oficially finished my university one year ago I already hame  4 years of experience include 2 years abroad working in multicultural environment and global company. It includes one year university reasearch on LTE and one year roll-out RAN optimization project for Swiss network. Apart of optimization role I was involved in final stage of many task of the project including RNC software upgrades,network audit, RAN sharing, troubleshooting of faults, and even providing my technigal support for the client.
