A Cloud-Based Customer Service Platform for service providing companies to efficiently automate business processes and rapidly generate revenues.
Covers billing, CRM, self-care, service, order, financial, resource management, campaign management, reporting and analytics, customer handling for companies from telecommunications, healthcare, plug-in car recharging services and other customer-centric businesses.
The Architecture implements TMForum TAM for Business Support System (BSS).

The Shipment Management Solution is cloud-based and has a user-centered design.
The web portal incorporates:
- a public site (public access for viewing public information like help, news, articles, public data of orders and offers, etc.);
- a private site (secured access, provided to registered users for filing personal user information, creating orders or offers, posting estimations, viewing private information, etc).
The interaction with the users is executed via desktop or mobile web UI. The solution utilizes a single resource to organize an efficient and profitable interaction between all cargo transportation market participants. It includes a transparent system of reviews and recommendations, assessment management, provision of documents during user verification, arbitrage system for payments execution, etc.
The platform supports integration with all modern tracking systems, thus enabling real-time monitoring function. Integrated billing system allows efficient monitoring of timeliness of payments for services rendered. It also provides the ability to integrate with the systems of control and accounting.
While developing the platform, we used MVP approach to select functionality which had to be implemented in the sequential releases of the product.
Jevera overall contribution:
- designing of a business model and product development strategy and long-term product roadmap;
- business process formalization and engineering;
- creating solution architecture and IT landscape;
- development of the all required software components;
- assurance of functional and performance quality;
- continuous delivery process introduction.

The project is comparable to the tender as it relates to Data engineering and Data processing in real-time for marketing campaigns.
Product handles context-based interactive campaigns in real-time triggered by various events with complex filtering. Rapid campaign configuration and launch by business user without technical team involved. Flexible context enrichment approach with possibility to fetch needed data from various sources. Near real time reporting for running campaigns for efficiency estimation. Smart anti spam control subsystem with flexible rules configuration support (i.e. show promo to subscriber once a day if not promo was shown from other system, running in parallel).
Contribution:
-
Creating Software Architecture and design including research and prototyping
-
Creating core platform functionality with possibility to extension and reuse in similar areas (where context-based reaction is need)
-
Performance tuning and optimization to meet SLA requirements: incoming event stream up to 2500 TPS with 0.95 quantile latency < 1 sec on the mid-range hardware (entire cluster: 100 CPU cores, 150 GB RAM, 2TB storage)
-
Test environment and load simulators to cover functional and performance requirements
-
Production setup and continuous delivery process introduction
-
Full products documentation preparation
Optimal Traffic Routing Calculation System - intelligent and automatic reconfiguration of the paths of the international calls via different carriers.
