Contribution As a employee of the company, brief responsibilities includes,
* Carried out in the complete SAP lifecycle from project preparation to Go-Live and Support.
* Develop upload program using Legacy System Migration Workbench for creation/change of master
data.
* Responsible for scoping, planning, scheduling and implementation of PM module and submit activity
report to ERP head.
* Liaison in between Siemens consultant and Business Process Owner/ User of Engineering, IT and
Administration. Monitor and update the project status.
* Involved in Business Blueprint to collect information and process involved to carry out the daily
maintenance jobs.
* Conduct meeting with Power Users, Process Owners regarding project status and daily issue.
* Responsible for SAP master data administration thus ensuring data integrity and security for Data
acquisition, conversion and SAP upload. Structuring Technical Objects: Equipment, Functional
Locations, BOMs, Measurement Points, Characteristics and Variant.
* Maintain & Edit Catalogues for: Notifications, Equipment, and Functional Locations.
* Responsible for the specification, design, unit testing, Conversion testing, UAT, scenario testing and
implementation of the SAP PM functions.
* Timely completion of assignments to avoid any delay of pace and project milestone.
* Implement and test the Preventive Maintenance plan, Strategies, Packages, Maintenance Items, Task
Lists (Equipment, Functional Location, General (inc. configurable).
* Compiling training and instruction manuals.
* Compile and update Authorization matrix as per user business requirement and needs.
* Generating progress reports, PMIS reports to generate cost for jobs performed in different locations,
preventive maintenance overdue reports & KPI reports for the management.
* SAP User Coordinator - Responsible to provide support of SAP Plant Maintenance module with
approximately 90 maintenance users, responsibilities included:
* Organize regular workshops and trainings for user awareness and education
* Organize and facilitate User acceptance testing
* Developing & testing process and functional design.
* Participate and help in designing process, functional and technical specifications.
* Work with users to coordinate information exchange for support of system changes.
* Document and control all changes made to SAP systems via change control process.
* Organize and lead workshops to gather, validate business requirements and design.
* Support and facilitate test all changes in QAS before transport to Production System
* Take over all project related artifacts from implementation partner
* Annual audit of System, Process, and Authorization.
* Provide a single point of contact to work with External Support Services to fix standard product
issues and its resolution.
* Update operational, technical, functional documentation as necessary.
* Provide recommendations for repeated issues including suggestions to modify customizations
* Analyze impact of SAP product upgrades and patches on customizations, provide recommendations,
and minor modifications to customizations and general guidelines for testing
