Tax technology and enterprise finance systems specialist with 13 years across tax automation, statutory and management reporting, and direct tax compliance. I design and deliver the systems finance teams run on, and I build the automation layer on top of them.

WHAT I DO

OECD Pillar Two (GloBE): data model design, source-to-calculation mapping, safe harbour testing, top-up tax computation and reporting across large multi-entity groups.

IFRS and US GAAP tax accounting and reporting: current and deferred tax, provision-to-return, effective tax rate analysis, uncertain tax positions, tax basis balance sheets.

Tax engine and EPM implementation: ONESOURCE (Provision, Income Tax, Indirect/VAT, Global Ledger), Longview, OneStream, Oracle Tax Reporting, CorpTax, GoSystem, Orbit Tax, HFM/SmartView, PeopleSoft.

Finance data engineering: ETL design, reconciliation controls, master data clean-up, data quality remediation, migration between finance and accounting systems.

Automation and AI: Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, VBA, UiPath, Python. LLM-based anomaly detection, document extraction and automated reporting pipelines.

ERP and business applications: ERPNext implementation (accounting and service management), Zoho Books implementation, custom applications on Zoho Creator, workflow and API integration, GST-compliant setups.

Process and documentation: as-is and to-be process design, swimlane flowcharts, SOPs, control and risk matrices, technical knowledge bases and user documentation.

HOW I WORK

I have worked directly with US and European stakeholders for most of my career, translating regulatory and accounting complexity into specifications engineering teams can build from. I am comfortable owning a workstream end to end (requirements, design, build, test, cutover, documentation) and equally comfortable being dropped into a running programme to fix a broken model, a failing reconciliation or an undocumented process.
