Owned application reliability, uptime, and SLOs as part of the SRE function, covering incident management, observability, automation, and cross-team collaboration. Designed and maintained Dynatrace application-level dashboards tracking latency, error rates, throughput, and infrastructure health. Implemented proactive alerting and alert analysis in Dynatrace. Led P1/P2 production incident investigation and resolution. Delivered L2/L3 production support including monitoring, hotfixes, enhancements, and release support.
