Technical Program and Delivery Manager with 15+ years of continuous delivery and leadership ownership, combining PMI/PMBOK governance and Agile/Scrum execution with hands-on cloud and AI knowledge.
Delivery and governance: I run multi-workstream programs end to end, from scope, roadmap and budget through to release and handover. That includes RAID and change control, vendor and dependency management, and structured reporting to senior stakeholders. I learned formal PMO governance at IT Services Hungary (Deutsche Telekom group) and have led distributed teams across Europe, the US, India and the Philippines.
Technical depth: I design the AWS architecture behind the programs I manage (serverless, containers, data, IaC, CI/CD, security). I also have hands-on Python and Node.js, plus practical experience with LLM integration and agentic AI. This lets me own technical trade-offs instead of just relaying them.
Experience: I currently lead AI and cloud delivery for enterprise clients as project manager and AI solution architect at AI Origo. Before that I led delivery and engineering teams on live multiplayer platforms (Superhash, Laguna Games). I also founded and ran Cloudsoltech, a cloud and IT-security consultancy with 20+ clients, where I owned the P&L.

Project history
Owns enterprise AI and cloud engagements end to end: discovery and scoping, solution architecture, roadmap and estimates, sprint planning, delivery and production handover. Leads a cross-functional delivery team of AI engineers, developers and data scientists. Designs AWS foundations including serverless services, data and vector storage, integration pipelines, infrastructure as code and CI/CD. Delivery portfolio includes intelligent process automation, research augmentation and AI-assisted analysis of enterprise systems.
Led a cross-functional technical program integrating AI capability into a live real-time 3D product and its supporting multiplayer service platform. Owned AI model selection and implementation, directed front-end delivery for the live-operations back-end and managed release cadence and cross-team dependencies across three previously independent workstreams. Tech: AI/ML model integration, AWS, Node.js, JavaScript, React, Agile delivery.
Led the Hungarian engineering team delivering a multiplayer online platform, reporting into distributed international leadership.
