I have been working in dual capacity as SuccessFactors Analyst & Project Lead for the implementation
of SuccessFactors for 6000+ population. Serve as a single liaison for SAP HCM, consultants, HR teams
& senior management.
Experience as SuccessFactors Analyst
Phase II - Learning Management System (LMS) and Succession and Career Development
* Configured domain, iContent, learning classifications and system administrations
* Coach, train and review the work of other team members and head all end-to-end operations to
ensure all domain admins activities
* Designed strategy for content building and Change Management for 2500+ users
* Lead LMS admin trainings and supervised all project milestones like UAT and Train the Trainers
Phase I - Implementation and SuccessFactors Administration for 1) Foundation 2) Recruiting 3)
Onboarding and 4) Performance and Goals Management with SAP HCM integration
* Solely responsible for all modification and configuration as a post go-live support that include
but not limited to: creation or amendment in Route Map, Templates, and Role-Based-Permission, rating
scales
* Headed all 4 phases of BizX strategy and activities that include conducting UAT, trainings and
assisted in process designing by analyzing business requirements, produce functional specifications
for enhancements, and share to-be processes.
Experience as Project Lead
* Remain the single point of contact for internal teams and consultants of all modules and supported
as an organizer for all the project-related events like Going-Live ceremony, UAT sessions, trainings
* Developed methods to educate, communicate and drive change and create its awareness and lead UAT
and Train the Trainer session
