Auch mit Python, Ruby, C++ und anderen Sprachen habe ich bereits gearbeitet.
  • Ziel meiner Arbeit ist es, skalierbare und wartbare Anwendungen inkrementell zu entwickeln um schnell und nachhaltig Kundennutzen zu generieren.
  • Ich habe darüber hinaus Erfahrung im Bereich Technical Coaching und Consulting, Training und Aufbau von Engineering Teams in Tools, Technologien und Principles (XP, TDD, DDD, CI/C).
  • In der Vergangenheit habe ich ein Developer Experience/Infrastruktur-Team aufgebaut und geleitet. Zusammen haben wir Continuous Deployments für 15 Teams (ca. 60 Personen) eingeführt, Pipeline Lead Times um über 70% reduziert und Teams gecoacht und geschult.
