I'm a serial founder and a nerd by heart. I excel at building 5/5 star rated products that deliver exceptional customer experience with amazing usability. As a technical founder and CTO I understand the inner workings of a business and can prioritise what's important, what brings revenue and what's simply hype.
My ventures include the impact startup goodbag (bgood GmbH) www.goodbag.io, Toshi Sora (toshisora.com AI Brain Literacy & Workshop consulting), Assess.dev (technical assessment interviewing for recruitment companies). Previously I co-founded the first tablet restaurant in Vienna, Austria with an exit and Chatbird, an AI chatbot for events.
As part of my startup journeys I have been part of accelerator programmes like IKEA Bootcamp, BMW Respond Accelerator, Maze-X, EIT, and I have also worked closely on innovation and sustainability projects with companies and brands like Nestle, Heathrow Airport, Recup, Continente (SONAE MC), Denner (Migros), RIMI Baltic and numerous others.
I know how a business runs and have been through all the startup phases, from an idea and incubation, to closing rounds with investors, restructuring, applying and getting grants, financing large orders, working closely with CFOs, pitching, presenting to any stakeholder.
Nowadays I always work in a team with an AI second Brain that is fed all the company knowledge and has the skills and workflows to automate the operations of a business with minimal oversight.
On the technical side I mostly use ruby for backend, react for frontend and react-native for mobile development but I am flexible on the frameworks, as I have built small and large projects with Rails, Grape, and even Django on python. For marketing websites I use astro.js and I sell on shopify with custom storefronts. My go-to database is PostgreSQL and I've architectured and built custom micro services that have hosted anything from scrapers with sharding to whole OpenStreetMap instances. Mapping has also become a hobby of mine and I know how to operate large PostGIS DBs with millions of nodes. When it comes to DevOps I don't shy away from running VPSs and physical servers with orchestration, manual deployments in CI pipelines, using init.d scripts and using a load balancer to do horizontal and vertical scaling.
I am a fan or rapid prototyping with quick and dirty testing on Github and Cloudflare before deploying and committing. In a product setting I work closely with a designer and have regular UX test sessions.
I have graduated Media and Computer Science at the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) and I have graduated the exclusive i2c innovation incubation programme, available to only 15 students each year.
I have taken additional courses in Design Thinking (INSEAD), scaling impact ventures (Catolica Lisbon) and numerous trainings in the field of sustainability. Winner of several hackathons and numerous startup innovation competitions.
I am fluent in English and German.

Project history
I organize example-driven workshops that help build AI Brains. An AI brain is three things:
β Your company background β customer segments, go-to-market, pricing, tone of voice
β A connection to your tools β e.g. Drive, Slack, Teams, Gmail, Calendar, your CRM
β Your skills in plain words β generating offers, analysing revenue, automating marketing
I teach you and your team how to combine this knowledge and skills in workflows and agentic workflows, so everyone on the team can use AI properly, not just the technical nerd in your team.
Every example that I showcase comes from my own company. I'm Product Lead & CTO at a small impact startup that runs on its AI brain daily, so every example I teach is a problem we actually hit β including where automation stopped being worth it, and where compliance changed the design.
As an impact startup founder I also do a deep dive in ethics and the EU AI Act. Topics like fairness, transparency, privacy and GDPR, accountability, safety β and what you should refuse to automate β are part of how the thing gets built. Every team I teach leaves with them written down as a takeaway.
